How do you measure the results of your marketing work?

Every engagement starts with agreeing on the right KPIs before execution begins. For most B2B tech clients, the metrics that matter most are pipeline contribution, lead quality, conversion rates across funnel stages, and brand recognition within the target market. Activity metrics are tracked where relevant but never treated as the primary measure of success. Performance is reviewed regularly, with reporting structured for both the marketing team and senior leadership.

What is your pricing model?

Meykriyl works on a monthly retainer for ongoing engagements and a fixed project fee for defined-scope work such as brand positioning, go-to-market planning, or campaign builds. Pricing is based on scope, level of involvement, and duration. All costs are agreed upfront with no surprises. Invoicing follows Dutch tax regulations. How does an engagement typically start?

The first step is a 30-minute intro call to understand your marketing situation, priorities, and gaps. If there is a clear fit, a structured research and planning phase follows before any execution begins. A marketing plan is then presented with defined priorities and scope. Execution starts once the plan is agreed.

Do you work embedded, interim, or on standalone projects?

All three. For companies needing ongoing marketing support, Meykriyl works as an embedded consultant on a retainer basis, taking ownership of defined areas of the marketing function. For companies that need a senior marketer to step in and run the function independently for a defined period, Meykriyl is available as an interim marketing manager. For specific, time-bound needs such as a product launch or a repositioning project, Meykriyl works on a standalone project basis with a clear deliverable and timeline.
